If you’re one of the many with factory Trex lighted post caps that are either burned out, or has a yellowing, cloudy lens, DekLights® offers you a way to keep your factory cap and base, which may match your post like OEM, and makes your caps better!
Our low voltage Glass Edge Style replacement lens will replace your original post cap’s lens, and give you a choice or a warm white 3000k or bright white 6000k bulb color.
Our lenses are 100% acrylic (Plexiglass), and will not yellow or haze up like every other post cap on the market using cheap molded polycarbonates, etc.
Our bulbs can be replaced if they burn out, or if you want to change to other white tone bulb colors.
Never need to find replacement cap again. Simply change the bulb.
Included in service, after you ship your cap(s) to us. , 1- 2-1/2 x 2-1/2 cap rebuild, 1- replaceable warm or bright white LED bulb, 2- 3M style 3 pin/pole connectors, which allows your 12 volt power wires to connect to one DekLight cap or fixture.xt fixture without any wire stripping needed. Insert wires and close with pliers.
Please note: Your caps themselves will be sent back in the condition they were sent to us. We do not refurbish/refinish the aluminum parts of you factory cap. We only clean them and retrofit our new lens into your top and bottom cap parts.
